Immigration and Customs Enforcement Will Provide Hormone Treatment to Transgender Prisoners In Custody

In a move that is sure to outrage conservatives because of the combination of gayness and immigration, the federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement included a provision in it’s revised Performance Based Detention Standards that requires officers to allow prisoners to continue hormone therapy if they were receiving the treatment before being taken into custody.
